The Nova bracelet features one to four gold or silver pendants, each engraved with an initial of your choice and set with a genuine birthstone, suspended from a polished rolo chain with an adjustable clasp.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 48 working hours. Engraved pieces are made to order and leave our facility within 2 to 4 working days.
Estimated delivery, counted from dispatch:
- Western Europe: 6 – 14 working days
- Central & Eastern Europe: 6 – 16 working days
- Rest of world: 6 – 20 working days
Every order is tracked, and the tracking number is emailed to you on the day of dispatch.
Parcels are delivered to your letterbox where their size allows. Otherwise they are left at your nearest pickup point and you are notified by email and SMS.
For deliveries in the European Union, import VAT is included in the price you pay. Nothing is payable on delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUND
30 days to return any unworn, unengraved item in its original packaging, for a full refund of the item price.
If you live in the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, which applies on top of the above.
Engraved pieces are made individually, so they are not returnable for a change of mind — but if one arrives faulty, damaged or engraved differently from the text you submitted, we replace or refund it in full at our cost.
Refunds go back to your original payment method: within 14 days where you exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, and within 5 to 10 working days of your return arriving in all other cases.
